CONSIGNMENT SALE

 

 

Volunteer/Seller sale:  Thursday, March 8, 2012, 7pm-9pm

Public sale:  Friday, March 9, 2012 9am-6pm

      Saturday, March 10, 2012 9am-1pm

(many items 1/2 off on Saturday)

Important information:

· Payments will be sent one week after the sale to the address listed on the seller registration form.

· Seller registration fee is $8.00.

· Sellers receive 70% of their sales. The other 30% goes to the Mother’s Morning Out program.

· Early shopping for sellers and volunteers on Thursday, March 8, 2012, 7pm-9pm.

· Seller pick-up is Saturday, March 10th,

4:00pm –5:00pm.

Tagging & Preparation


 

Drop-off information

· Check-in will be approximately 30 minutes.  You will receive your seller pass for the pre-sale after check-in.

· Seller is required to fully assemble equipment at drop off.

· Clothing should be sorted by size and gender.

Presale Information

· Only children 10 years and older are permitted at the presale.

· Pre-sale is for volunteers and sellers only..

Pick-up Information

· If you are not donating your unsold items, please pick up your items Saturday at 4-5pm.  All items not picked up at this time will be donated to the Atlanta Inner City Ministry.

· Items for pick-up will be in alphabetical order by last name.
